Spermatorrhea (from the Greek words spérma, semen, and rhein, to spill) is a condition characterized by the involuntary release of semen from the penis. This release can be abundant or scant, but is always involuntary. It should not be confused with nocturnal emissions, as it is not ejaculation while asleep, but rather a continuous loss of semen while awake.

There is also a factor known as false spermatorrhea, and almost two-thirds of diagnosed cases of spermatorrhea are simply individuals with phosphaturic, milky urine, which is interpreted as sperm.
